Fire and Special Perils**
Contents and structure coverage- covers loss or damage to building and contents by standard fire and specialized perils subject to terms, conditions and exclusions.
Burglary and Theft**
Covers loss or damage by Burglary and Theft and/or attempted Burglary or Theft or contents of your home.
Personal Accident**
In case of death due to bodily injury caused due to accident (within 12 calendar months) the entire Sum insured is paid. Medical expenses up to Rs. 15000* can be claimed in case if hospitalization due to accident in this benefit.
Key Replacement**
Key replacement covers for the cost of replacing your residence and/or your vehicle keys which are lost or stolen. The covered cost is limited to the money you paid to a locksmith to produce a new key.
Fraudulent charges**
If your payment card is lost or stolen, we will reimburse the unauthorized charges that you are responsible for on your lost or stolen payment card, up to 12 hours prior to your first reporting the event to your payment card issuer(s).
